Watermelon and summertime are two things that will never go out of style. This pairing is perfect in all ways, and the pairing of Ivanabitch watermelon vodka and lemonade is just another iteration of this awesome partnership.
What makes this pairing unique is that this vodka smells like watermelon, and has absolutely no harsh vodka/alcohol afterburn at all. When I opened this bottle it immediately smelled like watermelon juice, and not just vodka. As I’m not Russian enough to enjoy plain vodka, I looked around for something to mix this bad boy with, and a stroke of genius came across me–lemonade. You don’t even need a recipe for that drink, it’s so simple. All I can say is that it’s delicious, and you should try it out. The only downside is that around here (Dallas area) I’ve had a hard time finding a store that supplies this vodka. Ivanabitch has a plethora of other flavors, none of which I’ve tried, but I can never seem to find watermelon… maybe someone bought them all.
